Base painting of the vintage movie poster for ''Caroline and the Rebels'', (original title: "Caroline et ses amies") is a 1955 French drama film directed by Jean Devaivre and starring Brigitte Bardot. Set during World War II, the film follows the story of Caroline, a young French woman who becomes involved with the French Resistance against the German occupation.
Brigitte Bardot portrays the titular character, Caroline, a spirited and courageous woman who joins the Resistance movement after witnessing the atrocities committed by the Nazis in her village. As Caroline becomes increasingly involved in acts of sabotage and espionage, she forms bonds of friendship and camaraderie with her fellow resistance fighters, including a handsome American pilot named Robert.
Against the backdrop of war-torn France, Caroline and her comrades undertake dangerous missions to disrupt German operations and aid the Allied cause. Along the way, they face numerous challenges and risks, includin...
