I was thrilled to discover your website and find that you were offering multiple products with the image of the Filben Maestro as my grandfather, William Filben, was the inventor. I will be framing this photo for my home and anticipate ordering many other items in the near future for my large extended family

When I saw this photo of my hero, I had to obtain it because as you can see in the photo, I have Babe Ruth when he was young & strong initially with the Yankees. I want to truly thank the artist for his photo!

Terrific concert photo of Madonna back in the '80s. I hope the owner of this series featured in Life Magazine will make more available. They are stunning.

Artist's Description
One of the main reasons for undertaking this 365 Project was to force myself to think outside of the box but also to create images quickly. After all, each shot, for the most part, would be shot, processed, and uploaded in a day. For today, I wanted a shot of my electric guitar (which is just gathering dust these days). I envisioned something very minimal - I'm on a minimalist kick right now, if you couldn't tell - and not seen before (at least by me).
After a bit of trial and error - well, mostly error - I ended up simply sliding a sheet of printer paper under the strings and shooting from straight above.
That is good lesson learned - the solution to your creative problem is most likely very, very simple. Don't over think things.

About Scott Norris
Emotion. Mood. Feelings. This is what I capture through my photographs. Whether it is landscapes, architectural elements, still life, or macros - it is a very personal journey as my own fears, triumphs, beliefs, and shortcomings are exposed with each photo. Much of what I shoot is done spontaneously without preconceived thought or plan. I let what is around me dictate what is photographed. And the shooting is only the first step - a jumping off point. I take the raw images and create what I see in my mind's eye. Coaxing out textures present in the shot - sometimes adding them. Enhancing the contrast of light and dark to create the mood and emotions I felt and feel. In the end, it's all about listening to my heart and mind and...
